Volunteers:
Ever since the establishment of Sawt el-Amel, volunteers have played a crucial role in work and development of the organisation, and a growing staff cadre does not minimise the importance Sawt el-Amel attaches to the work of its local volunteers. On the contrary, it considers the local volunteers to be the organisation's backbone as they are part of our constituency and in many cases also direct beneficiaries of our work.
